It's very simple. Our website allows you to purchase OrgSurv with your credit card, or alternatively provide a purchase order number to allow us to invoice you. Once payment is received by us, you can start using OrgSurv immediately.

OrgSurv is designed to quickly accommodate changes in reporting lines, employee names and even organisation structure. Providing the reporting line for each individual is entered into the database, the system will automatically refresh the updated organisational structure.

It is a very simple process. We provide you with a template into which you can import the relevant data for the employees that you want to chart. This data is then easily imported into the OrgSurv system.

Yes. With a single click you can list all those who have received the survey and view their response status. You can then contact those who have not yet completed the survey. OrgSurv is able to automatically email all those who have not completed the survey within a given time.

Yes, many of our customers prefer to send their surveys on paper, and we can arrange this and process the data when it is returned. The OrgSurv team will be very happy to advise you on this.
